- Fit the lid and leave the sample for 15 minutes before testing. Testing should be performed within 12 hours of collecting the sample.
- Open the foil pouch and position the test cassette on a flat surface with its sample wells facing upwards.
- Squeeze the middle of the supplied dropper before placing the tip into the semen sample. Slowly release your grip to draw semen into the dropper.
- Place one drop of semen into Test Well B and wait two minutes.
- Add two drops of the blue solution to Test Well B and leave for two minutes.
- Add two drops of the clear solution to Test Well B and wait another two minutes.
- Interpret the colour comparison according to the instructions supplied with the test.
