How to take Hawthorn Complex Tablets
Take 2 tablets, twice daily with a little water.

One tablet provides Green Buckwheat Powder 80mg, Garlic extract equivalent to 150mg dried clove, Hawthorn extract equivalent to 40mg dried berries, Citrus bioflavonoids 37.8mg. Hawthorn standarised to guarantee 136µg vitexin.
