How To Use
Wash your hands, then remove a single pessary from its foil wrapping.
Sit or lie down with your knees bent and legs apart, then gently insert the pessary into the vagina as far as is comfortably possible using your fingers.
Wash your hands again.
Use one pessary daily until symptoms ease, then reduce to two or three times a week as needed to maintain comfort. Best used before bedtime for a mess-free experience.
