Our PMT rescue oil has been specially blended to help reduce the tension and mood swings that are often associated with premenstrual tension. This blend combines a soothing mix of Rosemary, Geranium and Bergamot essential oils in a Grapeseed base.
Cortisol levels are reduced by the rosemary essential oil in this blend. Lowering cortisol levels help to reduce the distressing effects of PMT.
Mood swings are lowered with the help of the geranium oil. As well as helping with the high and low moods, geranium can also ease bloating.
Stress is relieved by bergamot. This essential oil has often been noted for its ability to reduce the ‘baby blues’ in postnatal women.
